This enhancement allows users to instantly understand where a document is within the review or approval lifecycle directly from search results, without needing to open individual items.

• See the approval status of a document directly in the search results. No need to open it.
• Filter documents by approval status to quickly find what you need.
• The “Under Approval” label is now clear and consistent everywhere.
• Export the approval status to Excel for easier reporting.

Updated Word-to-PDF Conversion in DCCM

ECLIPSE 9.1 introduces an upgraded solution for converting Microsoft Word documents to PDF within DCCM.

This new implementation replaces obsolete components and significantly improves the accuracy and quality of generated PDF documents, particularly for signature pages used in document approval workflows.

Key Features:

• Better-looking signature pages based on Word templates.
• The final PDF (with signatures) will have improved formatting.
• There are plans to eventually automatically convert Word files to final PDFs without extra steps.

Improved AIM Action List User Experience

ECLIPSE 9.1 introduces enhancements to the user experience of AIM action list screens, enabling faster navigation and more efficient data filtering.

These improvements allow users to quickly locate relevant actions by applying filters directly within the list view, even when working with large datasets across multiple pages.
