In 2014, Thales Alenia Space signed its first contract with ECLIPSE Software Suite for the deployment of modules from the ECLIPSE Suite. Since then, the collaboration has continued, and Thales Alenia Space currently uses ECLIPSE to support its Technical Reviews and RID (Review Item Discrepancy) management processes.

The implementation of the ECLIPSE Software Suite addressed several key challenges within Thales Alenia Space’s review management processes. By centralising all technical review data, documentation, and RIDs in a single controlled environment, the company gained full visibility and control over the entire review lifecycle. From the identification of a Review Item Discrepancy through to its resolution and formal closure, every step is now traceable and auditable.
